Wendy Lynne (Rothey) Roessler

Wendy Lynne Roessler, of Monongahela, PA, passed away on May 31, 2024, at the age of 71. She was born on June 2, 1952, in Pittsburgh, PA. Wendy was a beloved wife, mother, sister, cousin and friend.

Wendy was a woman of remarkable strength and grace. Her vibrant personality and colorful outlook on life touched all who knew her. She found joy in gardening, crafting, baking, and going on long drives with her husband. Wendy’s creativity knew no bounds. She is probably crafting her own angel wings, out of purple mesh & flowers, while embracing her own unique spirit.

She is survived by her loving husband, Rick Roessler, adoring daughter Stephanie Stover and her spouse Peter, devoted son Adam Roessler, brother-in-law Bill Roessler and sister-in-law Betty, nephew Brian Roessler, nephew Craig Roessler and his spouse Tracy, many loving cousins, and a host of friends. Wendy was preceded in death by her parents Albert Glenn and Marjorie Louis Rothey, brothers David and Danny, and her father-in-law Meredith Kay and mother-in-law Dorothy Ella Roessler.

A memorial and viewing will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 11 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm at Ashley D. X. Nye Crematory Care & Funeral Home, 408 Depot Street, Youngwood, PA 15697.
