Sherri Lynn (Keener) Hiles, 49 went home to be with her mother and father surrounded by her family on December 5, 2024 after many years of fighting a courageous battle with Huntington's disease. Sherri was born April 18, 1975 in McKeesport to the late William L. and Cheryl L. (Reitz) Keener. She was a graduate of Yough High School and worked as a CNA prior to becoming ill. Sherri is no longer suffering, but enjoying chocolate donuts with her pup, Princess, that she had missed oh so very much. Sherri was dedicated to her family and deeply loved her husband, kids, and grandkids more than life itself. She was blessed with four wonderful sons, and her heart was made whole by the birth of her daughter, Zoey. Sherri cherished all the time she spent with her four grandchildren that she absolutely adored, who always brought her so much joy lighting up her smile and always making her giggle. Her spirit will forever be carried in our hearts and comfort us as her daily presence will be missed most by her devoted husband and best friend of 27 years James E. Hiles; beloved children Cody Clark (Sandy); James Taylor (Emilee Stewart); Devon Hiles (Hannah Smith), Gage Hiles (Bryah Risku), and Zoey Hiles; grandchildren Avery, Colson, Bennett, and Nyomi; siblings Rebecca Klingensmith, Johanna Brode, William Keener, J.R. Keener, Samantha Keener, and Bella Keener; as well as many nieces and nephews. Per Sherri’s wishes all services will be private and entrusted to ASHLEY D. X. NYE CREMATION CARE & FUNERAL HOME INC. 408 Depot St. Youngwood. Please visit our tribute wall to leave a condolence or share a memory of Sherri.
