Ronald Rogers Obituary

Ronald Richard Rogers, 66 of Apollo died peacefully on Tuesday February 18, 2025.  He was born in Natrona Heights on April 9, 1958 to the late Ronald R. and Sarah C. (Troup) Rogers. Ron was a hard worker and a wonderful mechanic. He loved car shows and classic cars. He enjoyed spending time with his family and everyone who knew him loved him, and had nothing but nice and positive things to say about him. Ron was very funny and loved to crack jokes, finding joy in making others laugh. He was never one to completely rest and always an early riser, the first one up and moving before the sun comes up. Ronald loved his children and valued the time he got to spend with them. They were his first priority; he would do anything to protect his children; and being a father was the greatest role of his life. Ronald was always helping someone in need and took was the greatest provider to his family. He would give advice to people who needed and asked for it, and fond memories of road trips cruising to his old time country music and singing along will always be recalled. Ron inspired others to strive for the stars and never look back. When it came to putting his mind to something and accomplishing it he nailed it every time. He will be deeply missed for his big heart and loyalty he gave to his family and friends. Ron never missed a beat with his children, and made it to every school event. He was the one to take Zoe to a daddy daughter dance, which was a special evening.  Ron will always be loved and remembered most by his surviving family; his children; Zoe Rogers, Angel Rogers, Alexzandrea Derry, and Daniel Rogers; as well as sister Cyndie Marie Shaffer.  In addition to his parents, Ron was met in heaven by siblings Rose Rogers Gluva, Amanda Francis Rogers, and Edwin Rogers.  Per Ron all services will be private and entrusted to ASHLEY D.
