Nanette Jane (Ruddock) Kolick, 82 of Youngwood, entered into eternal life on the evening of Monday March 4, 2024 at her home. She was born in Clymer on August 13, 1941 to the late David and Gwen (Henry) Ruddock.
Nanette grew up in Clymer, was a graduate of Clymer Highschool and went on to work as a Foreman at Robertshaw Industries for over 40 years. It was here where she met her sweetheart and husband Larry. They married on April 18, 1997 and began their life in Youngwood where Nan was very social and wonderful homemaker and community supporter. She loved potting flowers and tending to her flowerbeds, and was a member of The Garden Club of Youngwood, former member of the Lion’s Club of Youngwood, and had regularly played in the Robertshaw Ladies Golf League at Robertshaw Acres. Above all, Nan’s greatest role was always caring for and nurturing her family with unending love warmth, and light, a feeling her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren cherished deeply. She attended St. Lukes Lutheran Church in Youngwood online liturgy regularly. Nan will be missed daily by her surviving husband of 26 years Larry Kolick; her sons Scott Neff, David Neff (Sheri), Larry “Sam” Kolick Jr. (Lisa), and Michael Kolick (Dawn); grandchildren Scotty Neff, David Neff, Kayla Neff, Kasey Leonard, and Hunter Kolick; great-grandchildren Lily Neff, Colton Aikens, Charlotte Leonard; brother Donald Ruddock (Judy); and many nieces and nephews; cousins, and dear friends.
In addition to Nanette’s parents David and Gwen, Nan was met by her brother Ronald Ruddock, in heaven.
