Mauro Ferrarini Jr.

Beloved Mauro Ferrarini Jr., 79, of Greensburg, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at the VA Hospital in Oakland. He was born Oct. 20, 1941, in Greensburg. He was the son of the late Mauro Ferrarini Sr. and Marianna Gabrielli Ferrarini. Mauro was one of the hardest-working men on Earth, even up until the day of his admittance into the hospital. He was retired from Kokolene Oil Corp. in 1994. He was currently employed by Napa Auto Parts in Greensburg. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his infant daughter, Carolyn, in 1968; and his granddaughter, Haley in 2003; as well as his brothers, Sante and Felix; and sisters, Angie and Mary Louise. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 54 years, Gladys Kay Ruffner Ferrarini; his children, Beth Anne Ferrarini, David Mauro (Desiree) Ferrarini, Dwayne Earl Ferrarini and Carla Anne Ferrarini McCarthy Baer; his grandchildren, Sara Nicole McCarthy, Aaron Ferrarini Kane, Kaytlyn Suzanne Baer, Michelle Kay McCarthy, Mariah Elizabeth Baer and Alyson Maura Baer; brothers, Anthony (Emily) Ferrarini, Joseph (Cathy) Ferrarini and Jimmy Ferrarini, of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews. Mauro will be missed by many, but mostly his family. He was a man of small stature, but he had the largest heart. His passion for Christ, his church Alpha Ministries, and his sense of humor were his greatest attributes. Please join us to celebrate Mauro's life with a memorial service at noon Wednesday , June 30, 2020, in the ASHLEY D.
