Mary Ann Potoka

Mary Ann Potoka, 92, of United, PA , passed away Friday, July 9, 2021. she was born July 26, 1928, in Mount Pleasant, PA, the eldest daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Spisak) Kowatch. Mary Ann was a member of Forty Martyrs Catholic Chruch and most recently Saint Florian Catholic Church, United, PA. Surviving is her son Bruce; grandchildren Mark Potoka, Christian Potoka and Kathryn Miller; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Potoka Sr. , son Robert Potoka Jr., two sisters, Evelyn Zider and Virginia Hustosky; as well as brother Andrew Kowatch Jr.
      A special thanks to Darlene and her staff at Kelly’s Personal Care Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday July 19,, 2021 in St. Florian Catholic Church 4623 Route 981 Mt. Pleasant, PA 15666, with Father John Sedlak as celebrant.  Interment will follow at Forty Martrys Cemetery, please go directly to church.  Arrangements entrusted to ASHLEY D. X.
