Lamire Rahiem Dickens, 31 of Mt. Pleasant died Friday, July 19, 2024 in his home. He was born in Virginia Beach, VA on February 7, 1993, and was raised by Linda (Askew) Dickens and the late Billy G. Dickens. Lamire or “Lambchop” as he was affectionately called was a charismatic, very funny, and an intelligent man. He was steadfast in his beliefs and put his all into whatever he was doing. He was very creative and loved music, books, skateboards but most of all his family. He was a great father and loyal friend. Lamire was always able to rise above and make the best of any situation when life wasn’t always perfect. He will always be remembered for his strength, unwavering loyalty, and deep devotion to his family, and will remain a guiding light to his surviving children Draven Dickens- Hodish and his mother Lianne, Savannah May Dickens and Salem Lamire Dickens and their mother Tanya Marie Thomas; mother Linda Dickens; brother Lavon Dickens; and countless friends.
