Beverley Ann (Trout) Fox, 75, of Hunker, died the evening of July 29, 2022 in her home with her devoted family next to her. She was born December 5, 1946, and was the only child of the late Kenneth and Evelyn (Leighty) Trout. Beverley was a graduate of Hempfield Area Highschool and went on to marry Robert E. Fox. Together they raised their four children in a home built with deep love and incredible joy for the last 55 years providing an example of what love is when life isn’t perfect. She loved fiercely as a wife, mother, and Grammy, always putting her family first. She was the biggest supporter for any of her grandkids’ activities.
Beverley cherished baking and cooking, never with a recipe, and always served with comfort, especially her famous soups. Yearly trips to Lancaster County with her family were always one of her favorite things to do in the summer. She was a community woman and served as the New Stanton Tax Collector, supported the local Fire Departments’ raffles, never forgot to purchase her Hempfield Band Sub, and cooked for many local events and celebrations. Her vibrant personality and warm spirit will forever remain deep in the hearts of her surviving family, her beloved husband Robert E. Fox, her children; Beth (John) Semon, Carrie (Charles) Boots, Kenneth (Christina) Fox, Matthew (Roxanne) Fox, and her adored grandchildren; Courtney Semon, Abigail (Benjamin) Norris, Elijah Gilbert, Grace Boots, Connor Boots, Emma Fox, Carly Fox, and Owen Fox.
